SORA is provided by Sora Connect PTY Limited, a fully registered and compliant business based in Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we look after the details you share with us.

What you share with us

We ask for the details needed for your request. These may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, Harare area and message. If you want to sell, deliver or partner with SORA, we also ask about your business, vehicle or relevant experience.

We record your contact choices, consent, the date and your reference number. We also collect limited information about your browser and how you found us. To help prevent spam, we create a protected identifier from your internet address instead of saving that address with your request.

How we use your details

We use your information to manage the waitlist, answer questions and follow up on interest in selling, delivering or partnering with SORA. When you join the waitlist, we send launch updates using the contact method you choose.

Sending us a general message does not sign you up for marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can access it

Your details are kept in protected records for authorised SORA staff. The companies that host our website and deliver our emails handle the information needed to provide those services. Our website host may also keep connection records, including internet addresses, to operate and protect the website.

When you use WhatsApp

WhatsApp opens only when you choose a chat link. The message may include your name, the reason for contacting us and your reference number. Once you open WhatsApp, its own terms and privacy practices apply. This website does not record the conversation that follows.

Cookies

We use a small, necessary cookie to keep forms secure and remember your visit while you send a request. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or remove your details. You can also stop receiving launch updates at any time. Email hello@sora.co.zw and include your reference number if you have one.

We keep information while it is needed for the reasons described here and review it for removal when it is no longer needed.
